For those who choose individual cremation, we provide a complete service where all ashes are returned to you — either for scattering in a favourite paddock or placed in a casket with a personalised inscription. Ashes can be collected from our Newton Abbot premises or delivered directly to you.

Our specialised vehicles are equipped to collect your horse or pony from stables or wherever they may have passed. We also have trained staff who can carry out humane dispatch if required, or we are happy to work alongside your veterinary professional if you prefer.

We understand that individual cremation is not the right choice for everyone, but rest assured, every animal is treated with the utmost respect throughout the process. For many, cremation can be a comforting step in the grieving journey, providing an opportunity to say goodbye in a meaningful way.

Additionally, we can advise on personal keepsakes, such as returning horseshoes or crafting bracelets from your horse’s mane or tail hair.
