It is a fence system which includes a flexible tape inserted into a holder and is then tensioned with a ratchet to a fence post.  The tape has a width of 47mm and a thickness of 1.5mm, and it has a very soft surface and is designed to not cause injuries to horses.  Its a very simple idea but very functional.  Visibility and safety for the horse are very important aspects of the Hippo Safety Fence system!
